1. General
1.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and/or social media channels.
1.2. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the event without refund.
2. Tickets & Entry
2.1. By purchasing tickets, you confirm that:
• You are entering into a legally binding contract.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All personal details provided are accurate.
• You are purchasing tickets for the correct date and venue.
2.2. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where an event is cancelled and no rescheduled date is offered.
2.3. Belfast Bingo operates a Challenge 25 policy. You may be asked to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence/Provisional License). Failure to provide ID will result in refused entry without refund.
2.4. Venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove you if you:
• Compromise your own safety or that of others.
• Affect the enjoyment of other guests.
• Are acting aggressively or appear intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
2.5. We reserve the right to enforce a dress code. Leisurewear such as football shirts and tracksuit bottoms may result in refused entry.
3. Event Conduct
3.1. Seating is generally unreserved. Guests arriving late may not be seated together.
3.2. Do not dance or stand on tables or chairs. Any injury caused by such actions is your responsibility.
3.3. Our shows may contain references to alcohol, sex and strong language. Music is played at high volumes and lighting may include flashing/strobe effects.
3.4. Participation in onstage activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
3.5. Those with photosensitive epilepsy should be aware that flashing lights and patterns are used in our shows. If you experience symptoms, seek assistance immediately.
3.6. Belfast Bingo accepts no liability for lost or damaged personal items during the event.
4. Prizes
4.1. Prizes are as advertised on the night. No cash alternative will be offered.
4.2. Some prizes are novelty items and should not be used in any way that could endanger health or safety.
4.3. Once a prize has been handed to a winner, Belfast Bingo is not liable for loss, damage or malfunction.
4.4. If you leave a prize behind at the venue, Belfast Bingo cannot be held responsible for its safekeeping.
4.5. Holiday/travel prizes are subject to third-party terms and must be booked within the timeframe specified. No exchanges, extensions or cash alternatives will be provided.
5. Intellectual Property & Media
5.1. By attending a Belfast Bingo event, you agree not to copy or replicate our event format, artwork, branding, slogans, videos or any intellectual property.
5.2. Belfast Bingo events are filmed and photographed for promotional use. By entering, you consent to your image being recorded and used in marketing without compensation.
5.3. Any photos or videos uploaded by you to our social media platforms may be shared and used by Belfast Bingo for promotional purposes.
6. Liability
6.1. Belfast Bingo accepts no liability for injuries, losses or damages arising from reckless or unsafe behaviour at events.
6.2. Belfast Bingo is not responsible for issues arising from third-party suppliers (e.g., travel companies linked to holiday prizes).
7. Website & Digital Platforms
7.1. We make every effort to ensure continuous access to our website and ticketing platforms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
7.2. Tickets must be purchased for personal use only. Reselling tickets for profit or commercial use is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
8.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
9. Prohibited Items
9.1. Our events may take place in arenas, gig venues, nightclubs and festivals. Each venue has its own list of prohibited items which will not be allowed inside.
9.2. It is your responsibility to check the venue’s website before attending to ensure compliance with their specific rules.
9.3. If you are unsure whether an item will be permitted at a particular venue, please contact that venue directly before attending the event.
10. Food and Drink
10.1. Some venues provide food and drink during the event. Availability and selection may vary by location.
10.2. For details regarding menus, dietary requirements or allergen information, please contact the venue directly.
10.3. Outside food and drink is generally not permitted unless agreed in advance with the venue (e.g., for medical reasons).
